Thanks for those videos Deena. Did you watch the show? Yes I did! And Meat needs to do more court dramas because he did a great job! Consider this my recap! LOL The entire episode kept me on my toes, not just because of Meat Loaf. I didn't start watching the show till the 1st episode of this season, but I got hooked from the first. For people who hate watching court series, they might be surprised with the "Fairly Legal" series' unique style. In this episode... The lead character, Kate, is assigned to mediate between a company (contracted with the city) going bankrupt and the city union members whose funding is being cut because of it. Meat's character, Charlie, represents those workers. And he is adamant about seeing the financial records, thinking the company is hiding something AND that the judge (who he has known for years) overseeing the case is biased against union workers. A history there? As Kate said to Meat Loaf in their first encounter, "shut the frik up!" There were some seriously volatile personalities in that case, wow! At the same time, Kate is feeling awkward about the chemistry and the BIG kiss in the last episode between Ben (law partner) and herself ---especially since she still has feelings toward her ex-husband (the assistant DA), Justin. But now she has a date with Ben... What to do??? At the same time again... The other law partner (Kate's stepmother), Laura, bought a $50,000 painting for the firm. It is quickly vandalized with pink paint. Then Justin makes the discovery that there might be a copyright infringement issue regarding it. A lot went on in that episode; but the emotion was there the entire time. I really enjoyed it; in fact, as soon as the show ended, I refilled my coca-cola glass and watched it again. And IF you think I left a lot out, then you should watch it for yourself as soon as you can... Because, well, I did leave details out, just for that purpose...
